Yes. Your site is designed by the same team behind every project on this page. You see the design before anything is built and can ask for changes until you are happy with it.

Yes. Your website is designed for your business, not picked from a template library, and you approve it before it is built.

Tell us what you would like changed. Your agreement says we will revise the design as many times as reasonably needed until you approve it, at no extra cost.

The £299 setup fee is paid when you sign and covers the design and build of your website: up to 5 pages, each planned around a search your customers make, the technical set-up for Google (fast loading, mobile friendly, sitemap and Google Search Console), your Google Business Profile, and contact features such as click to call, chat and contact forms.

Yes, 6 months. You pay £299 when you sign, and the first £100 monthly payment is taken a month later, then on the same date each month. No VAT is added.

The website becomes yours. Your plan carries on month to month, so hosting, support, your monthly hour and the ranking report continue, and you can stop at any time with 30 days’ notice. If you leave after the first 6 months, we move your website to your new hosting free of charge.

Your domain name is registered in your name from day one and is always yours. The website becomes your property once the 6 months’ fees have been paid, whether or not you stay on the monthly plan. If you end the agreement during the first 6 months, you can either pay the remaining months and keep the website, or the website is taken offline. Content you supply, such as your logo and photos, always stays yours.

That’s fine. We use your existing domain, and you just give us access or the registration details. Your domain stays your property, and we will never hold on to it or stop you moving it.

Hosting, an SSL certificate, security monitoring and software updates, plus up to one hour each month of edits or SEO improvements (unused time does not roll over), a monthly search ranking report and direct support from the person who built your site. For 30 days after launch we also fix any problems that come from our own work at no extra cost.

The words, photos and any video for your pages, access to your domain, and feedback on your design. You won’t be left guessing: we plan your pages with you on your first call and give you a clear list of what each one needs. If you’d rather we wrote the words, copywriting is available at £75 a page.

No. It gives you strong SEO foundations: every page planned around a real search, the technical set-up Google looks for, your Google Business Profile, and a monthly ranking report. Your monthly hour can go on edits or further SEO improvements. It isn’t a full SEO campaign, and no one can honestly guarantee rankings, so we don’t. If you want a dedicated SEO campaign, we can talk about that separately.

It depends mostly on how quickly content and feedback come back. The agreement asks for your content within 10 working days of signing where possible, and feedback on designs within 5 working days. We’ll plan the timeline with you on your first call.
